In our laboratory of research and development, our flavourists’ experience and the technical devices in use give us the chance to create original products, starting from our clients’ needs, our perpetual aim to create new products and from the chance to give our clients a flavour equivalent to the one they already use.

Each project is managed following a process that starts with the selection of raw materials, the instrumental and sensory analysis, goes on with the formulation in accordance with the client’s needs and regulatory indications and ends up with the application of the flavour in the final product, with panel tests, so as to state the right way to use it
